Dinky toys Tiered display stand Virtually Mint/Boxed

A lovely example of tiered Dinky display stand. Appears to only of ever been assembled no more than a couple of times. All hardboard sections are in lovely condition, very nice Meccano logo to black base, all rods, flags & panels are in lovely order. 

Comes with bags of elastic bands, o rings, instructions & brass stops. 

The box is present but has some graffiti to lid. All original packing tissue is inside the box
