Dinky Toys 60c 'Lewis's Amy Mollinson' Very Near Mint/Boxed

This Lewis's Amy Mollinson Percival Gull comes in mid-blue & silver. Two bladed propeller, bright axle, excellent wheels & Amy's registration letters 'G-ADZO' to the wings are in the same mid-blue. This is the very first version from 1936 and was packed in the special Lewis's box. These were part of a promotion at the time and were to be sold at the Lewis's stores of Manchester & Liverpool. Just an odd little mark to the fuselage is all to note for this incredible 82 year old item.

The box is in excellent shape with no repairs & still present is some very old tissue paper.

A remarkable item and so very difficult to find in such wonderful shape.
