Dinky Meccano 62a Spitfire Fund Souvenir Pendant Near Mint/Boxed 1940/41

These pendants were produced in different colour variations to help the Spitfire fund from 1940/41.

This example comes in red with 4 roundels all present, a three bladed propeller, silver cockpit & pendant ring in place in the rear tail fin. Some minor age wear & a fatigue line mean this example has obviously survived better than many of the others. No repairs

The Souvenir box is in very nice order with no tears or repairs & only some minor age wear to note. Comes with red colour spot to side of the box base.
