This Mechanical Consul is finished in matte mid-blue. Dull finished flat spun hubs, well shaped treaded tyres, smoothly operating flywheel, virtually mint baseplate, superb silver trim, bright clear glazing & not a hint of rust to the axles. A small area of rough casting to the roof is it for this little gem

Colour promotional booklet present.

The box is an excellent example, strongly coloured, smooth fresh feel & not a hint of a repair. Two small pencilled marks to top face (1/75 & 1/15).
