This is highly likely the rarest 1-75 series Gift set, the "Garage Gift Set" from 1961. This was never issued by Lesney but from a third party & most likely from a mail order company. There are thought to be only between 10 or 15 of these sets left in existence making it an incredibly rare item to be arriving on the market place.
